The state of Hawaii is mandating this new Wonders curriculum for our ELA curriculum next year (2015-2016) but our school's K-2 teams have already adopted it. It's a great program, but it really does take a lot of prep work. The jury is still out on this one...
What is your school's ELA curriculum? How do you like it?
We currently use an older edition of Reading Street. Our district was suppose to go through our new ELA adoption process this year, but because we have our hands full with a new math program they decided to hold it off for one more year. I'm excited for a new program. Our current one, especially being an old edition, just isn't hacking it in my opinion.

We have a really old ELA program so basically the books are just in the cabinet and I do my own program. In 2 years we are supposed to get a new program. After doing my own for some time it may be kind of hard to go back to a mandated program. Good luck with your new program.
